2 out of 5 stars Cute but way too small for a big head   October 4, 2008
S. Chamberlin (Portland, OR. USA)
I ordered two of these based on the reviews, expecting that it would be larger than the average shower cap. It's definitely cuter than the average, but if you have a big head and big hair (I have both) it's too small. I'm returning these and going back to my seriously bouffant (if cute-challenged), over-sized cap. It's just plastic, but it doesn't squash my hair.

5 out of 5 stars The Best Shower Cap Ever!!!!   September 11, 2008
R. Parker (San Diego)
My niece and I have lots of curly hair and I orginally bought it for her as a christmas gift, liked it so much I went and purchased one for myself. This cap fits great and with proper care we are going on 3 years with the same cap. And since we flat iron, this cap is great for every day use. I am just now ready to replace it after 3 years. And of course I'm so excited they are still selling this. I did buy a different one while on vacation because I forgot to pack this one. But it does not even compare to this one. If you have med to long hair this is the best cap around. I just love it. And it does look pretty in the bathroom. And it is worth the $16 bucks!

5 out of 5 stars Very durable and attractive   July 13, 2008
Amy Foreman (Marion, OH United States)
I've had this shower cap for over a year and it still looks brand new. I love the bathina design and the elastic is as strong as ever. It's more expensive than caps I have bought in the past but they don't seem to last as long. I expect to have this cap for years to come. Worth the extra $$.

2 out of 5 stars Expensive for something that never leaves the bathroom   March 19, 2008

I don't actually own a Bathina shower cap, but my mom does and I sometimes use hers. It is like all the Bathina products, which are charming, flirty, and pretty. But those qualities are wasted on something you wear only the shower.

Also: sixteen dollars for a shower cap??? You can get perfectly good shower caps for a lot less. Granted, they won't be fancy-shmancy Bathina, but they'll get the job done. My mom's mom would be shocked by my mother's affinity for indulgent luxury items like this. I inherited the pamper-me gene, but my dad's cheapskate gene balances me out.

I often think Benefit is overpriced (though I do buy a few items a year as a treat), and here is the perfect case.

5 out of 5 stars Cute cap & works well!   January 9, 2008

I'm really happy with this product. It's the cutest showercap I've seen and works well. I have very thick medium-length hair and this cap keeps it dry with plenty of room. I haven't had the problem w/ it sliding off but maybe I have a large head. =)
