5 out of 5 stars Great for everyone   March 15, 2010
C. Shultz
I have been a user of Moroccan Oil for some time and am devoted to it. My hair is fine and tends to be "fly-away". Moroccan Oil is immediately absorbed and leaves my hair shiny & glossy, never oily or feeling "coated". This stuff is great & my husband (who never uses anything special on his hair) loves it too. And did I mention the scent? Heavenly!

5 out of 5 stars Excellent, not greasy   March 15, 2010
Wildfire86 (Missouri)
I have naturally curly hair and when I use a flat iron to straighten it - it was always dull and lifeless. My friend, and hairdresser recommended this product. It's excellent! I can now have straight hair that does not look like straw! It leaves my hair shiny, straight and full of body. This product does not weigh my hair down like other smoothing serums I have tried! Since my hair is so dry, I only wash about twice a week. I can use this product in between washes to keep my hair looking great! It also has a nice scent, not to strong. I would recommened this product for anyone who has had a problem with their hair looking dull & dry!

5 out of 5 stars Wonderful   March 11, 2010

I swim and blow dry my hair on a regular basis. This product helps my frizzies like u would not believe.

5 out of 5 stars YES!   March 4, 2010

I decided to try this Moroccan oil in place of Carol's Daughter Lisa's Hair Elixir. When I apply it to my wet hair, it makes the curls more prominent. Wow, I love that! Also, it makes my hair super, duper soft - not even kidding you, I can use a wide tooth comb and comb through it as if it's not even wet! I have also used it on my hair after blowdrying, and true to it's word, it will not make your hair heavy and greasy, but it does not seem to do anything else other than that while my hair is dry. I love it more when applying on my wet hair. I have also used the Moroccan Oil Intense Hydrating Mask and it too is fabulous and makes my hair very soft and manageable! I will not replace these products with my Carol's Daughter b/c I think they're both great products, I will simply switch up using them. This Moroccan oil is definitely a keeper and I don't have to order it online anymore b/c I saw it in TJ Maxx last week - oh yeah!

1 out of 5 stars waste of money   March 3, 2010

I don't know why this product gets such good reviews. It is expensive and does not work. My hair is thin and frizzy. I tried it several times hair wet, hair dry, small amount, meduim amount, large amount, and it does nothing for me. My hair still frizzes. The texture of my hair is better without it.

What Happens When I Get the Blue Veins Removed From My Legs

These are my legs in a self-portrait taken on my recent vacation to Tulum, Mexico. I have worked with David Edwards, my personal trainer at the Rockefeller Center New York Sports Club twice a week for more than two years so I feel I've earned these legs and from the front they look great, but f...

Help! How Do I Pick the Right Foundation?

I remember my drugstore beauty days when I stood in the drugstore aisle trying to figure out my best foundation bet by holding up the bottle to my face. I inevitably picked the wrong shade and walked around with the telltale line at the jaw. These days, we're lucky most department and drugstores ...

How Much Skincare is Too Much?

Every night I use Pond's cold cream to cleanse my skin. I follow the cleansing with moisturizer before applying eye cream and Retin-A. As you may know by now, I'm convinced Retin-A will be my secret to looking 60 when I'm really 70. Once every couple weeks I may treat myself to a microdermabrasi...

Rancho La Puerta's Famous Guacamole Recipe (Made With Peas!)

Last week I wrote about my stay at Rancho La Puerta spa in Baja, Mexico, where I exercised all week, got massages and facials and fell in love with a healthy guacamole recipe made with avocados and peas.

People wrote to me asking for more information, so I called up the Ranch's corporate offices...

How to Cover Up Acne Scars

I recently got a heartbreaking email from a young woman about to go off to college and struggling with acne scars. The scars, she wrote, have been a huge blow to the self-confidence she once had. She wanted to know if I had any makeup tricks for covering up the scars and she was worried that her ...
